We are looking for an IT Recruiter / Technical Recruiter with strong knowledge of technology hiring. The role involves hiring technical professionals directly for our organization as well as managing recruitment mandates for multiple clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical positions from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand technical requirements and screen candidates based on skills, experience, project exposure, and role fit.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and other channels.
- Work on profiles across technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, Data Engineering, AI/ML, Cloud, DevOps, SAP, Pega, Testing, and other IT positions.
- Conduct initial technical/functional screening and assess candidates against JDs.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage candidate follow-ups, feedback, salary discussions, offer negotiation, and onboarding formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases,



and daily hiring reports.
- Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand requirements and deliver relevant profiles within timelines.
- Manage multiple requirements and priorities simultaneously.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of IT/technical profiles and technology terminologies.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment.
- Good knowledge of Boolean search, Naukri, LinkedIn, and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Ability to understand a technical JD and identify mandatory vs. valuable-to-have skills.
- Strong candidate screening, communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced recruitment environment.
