Description

The Male Warden at our Medical College will be responsible for overseeing the male student dormitory, ensuring a safe, supportive, and well-maintained living setting. The role includes enforcing college policies, addressing student concerns, and fostering a positive community among residents.

Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage the male student dormitory workplace to ensure a protected and conducive living space.
- Enforce college rules and regulations among students, addressing any violations as necessary.
- Conduct regular inspections of dormitory facilities and report maintenance issues to the appropriate authorities.
- Organize and facilitate student activities and events to promote community building.
- Act as a liaison between students and college administration, addressing student concerns and feedback.
- Provide support and guidance to students regarding personal issues and academic challenges.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, complaints,



and student interactions.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field (preferably in education, social work, or administration).
- 3-10 years of experience in a supervisory or administrative role, ideally in an educational institution.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with students, faculty, and staff.
- Ability to handle conflicts and mediate disputes among students.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities and maintain accurate records.
- Understanding of student development issues and the ability to provide appropriate support.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software for documentation and reporting.
