Title: AI Product Engineer

Location: Noida

Experience: 0-2 years of hands-on experience in AI application development, workflow automation (n8n), dashboard creation, API integrations, and Python-based software development.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an AI Product Engineer who can build business-focused dashboards, automate workflows using n8n, and develop AI-powered solutions that improve operational efficiency. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving real-world problems, integrating systems, and turning manual processes into intelligent automated workflows.

You will work closely with business teams to understand requirements, build dashboards and internal tools, automate processes, and deploy solutions that create measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Dashboard Development:

- Design and build interactive dashboards for business, sales, HR, marketing, and operations teams.
- Create reporting and analytics solutions using databases, APIs, and business applications.
- Develop KPI tracking systems and real-time monitoring dashboards.
- Ensure dashboards are intuitive, reliable, and actionable for stakeholders.

Workflow Automation (n8n):

- Build and maintain automation workflows using n8n.
- Automate repetitive business processes across CRM, HR, LMS, sales, and operations systems.
- Integrate third-party tools, APIs, databases, and communication platforms.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize workflow performance.

AI & Product Engineering:

- Develop AI-powered applications using LLMs, RAG, AI agents, intelligent search, and document-processing solutions.
- Build internal productivity tools and business applications.
- Design and integrate REST APIs with internal and external platforms.
- Deploy, test, monitor, and continuously improve production applications.

Ownership & Execution:





- Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
- Research and adopt current tools, APIs, and frameworks when required.
- Take ownership of projects from concept to deployment and maintenance.

Required Skills:

- Strong proficiency in Python or another modern programming language.
- Hands-on experience with APIs, databases, Git, and debugging.
- Experience building dashboards using tools such as Streamlit, React, Power BI, Metabase, Superset, or similar platforms.
- Practical experience with n8n workflow automation.
- Understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, authentication, and integrations.
- Familiarity with cloud deployment and production environments.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with OpenAI, Gemini, Groq, or other LLM APIs.
- Knowledge of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, LangChain, or LangGraph.
- Experience with FastAPI, Flask, Django, or React.
- Docker, cloud platforms, and deployment workflows.
- CRM, LMS, HRMS, or ERP integrations.
- AI agents and workflow orchestration experience.

Mandatory Project Showcase:

Candidates must be prepared to demonstrate at least one project they personally built.

You should be able to explain:

- The problem being solved.
- Architecture and technology choices.
- Dashboard or automation workflows implemented.
- Key challenges and solutions.
- Deployment and production considerations.
- Future improvements.

A GitHub repository, deployed application, working demo, open-source contribution, or hackathon project is strongly preferred.
