Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO professional to join our finance team in India. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in SAP FICO implementation, support, and optimization, and will play a key role in enhancing our financial processes and reporting.

Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize SAP FICO modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Asset Accounting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions in SAP FICO.
- Conduct regular system audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations and best practices.
- Provide training and support to end-users on SAP FICO processes and functionalities.
- Analyze financial data and generate reports for management decision-making.
- Identify process improvements and lead initiatives to enhance efficiency in financial operations.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance,



Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in SAP FICO implementation and support.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.
- Proficient in SAP FICO configuration and customization.
- Experience with financial reporting tools and data analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
