About the Prospect

Role & Responsibilities

- Source, evaluate, and negotiate acquisition opportunities across residential, retail, and mixed-use segments in targeted Indian markets.
- Conduct deep-dive financial modeling — cap rates, IRR, cash-on-cash returns — to determine asset viability and optimize exit strategy.
- Collaborate with legal, title, and due diligence teams to structure seamless transactions under tight timelines.
- Partner with property managers and contractors to oversee value-add renovations and tenant optimizations that improve NOI.
- Track portfolio performance, forecast cash flows,



and report ROI metrics to senior investment leadership.
- Build relationships with brokers, developers, and local stakeholders to expand off-market deal pipelines.
