Role & Responsibilities

- Lead the design and execution of enterprise-wide HR strategy aligned with business growth, culture, and operational excellence.
- Build, mentor, and scale high-performing HR teams across Talent Acquisition, L&D;, Performance Management, and Employee Experience.
- Define and operationalize DEI initiatives, equity frameworks, and inclusion metrics that drive measurable cultural transformation.
- Partner with the CEO and Board to advise on organizational design, succession planning, compensation philosophy, and executive leadership development.




- Implement scalable HR tech stacks (ATS, HRMS, LMS) and data-driven workforce analytics to optimize decision-making and employee lifecycle management.
- Champion employer branding, internal communications, and change management during critical growth phases and organizational transitions.
