About the Opportunity
A fast-growing player in the Indian real estate investment and asset management space, we identify, acquire, and optimize high-yield residential and commercial properties across Tier 1 and 2 cities. Our team blends data-driven due diligence with local market intelligence to unlock value through redevelopment, rental arbitrage, and strategic exits—delivering consistent double-digit returns for investors while reshaping urban landscapes. Role & Responsibilities

- Source and evaluate off-market and listed real estate opportunities across target geographies using financial modeling and market trend analysis.
- Lead end-to-end deal execution: conduct site visits, negotiate pricing, structure joint ventures or direct purchases, and manage due diligence timelines.
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers, developers, local authorities, and financing partners to secure pipeline and streamline acquisitions.
- Assess risk-return profiles using IRR, NPV, cap rates, and occupancy projections; present investment memos to internal committee for approval.
- Oversee post-acquisition asset management: coordinate renovations, tenant placement, and exit strategy alignment with holding period targets.




- Track portfolio performance, prepare investor reports, and recommend tactical adjustments to maximize ROI and reduce holding costs.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

- Excel (financial modeling, scenario analysis)
- Property valuation (DCF, comparables, cap rate analysis)
- Real estate deal structuring (JV, lease options, seller financing)
- Local market knowledge (City-specific dynamics in Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Pune, or Hyderabad)
- Due diligence (title checks, zoning, environmental, income verification)
- CRM or deal pipeline tools (e.g., Salesforce, Airtable, Notion)

Preferred

- Experience with CRE finance or private equity real estate funds
- Familiarity with Indian property laws and stamp duty regulations
- Basic understanding of construction cost estimation or project management
