Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT, technical, and engineering roles.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, and other relevant

sourcing channels.
- Conduct candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer follow-ups.
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and drive hiring timelines.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.

Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Technical Recruitment.
- Solid experience in IT/technical recruitment and engineering hiring.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
