Job Title: Revit BIM Modeler - MEP

Experience: 2 to 4 Years

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Create and modify Revit families as per project requirements.
- Perform Scan-to-BIM modeling using point cloud data.
- Prepare and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing models for industrial and commercial projects.
- Support BIM coordination and clash detection processes.
- Generate construction documents, shop drawings, and model-based deliverables.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure model accuracy and project standards compliance.
- Ensure adherence to BIM execution plans and client requirements.

Required Skills
- Robust proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP.
- Experience in BIM Modeling and BIM Coordination.
- Hands-on experience in Revit Family Creation.
- Knowledge of Scan-to-BIM Modeling workflows.
- Good working knowledge of AutoCAD (ACAD).
- Understanding of MEP systems used in Warehouses, Industrial Plants, and Data Centers.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical, Civil, or related disciplines.
