Hiring: Wealth Manager – Future Leaders Program | Batch 2027

We are looking for high-potential finance professionals who aspire to build a long-term career in Wealth Management and grow into future leadership roles.

This is not a conventional Relationship Manager role. It is a high-investment Future Leaders Program designed to identify exceptional early-career professionals and develop them into future Wealth Management leaders.

What You'll Do

• Undergo a structured 6-month intensive training program covering wealth management, investment products and advisory frameworks
• Learn directly from senior partners, industry specialists and academic experts
• Work on practical client scenarios and receive structured on-the-job exposure
• Work closely with senior wealth managers to understand bespoke solutions for HNI/UHNI clients
• Build and manage long-term client relationships
• Develop tailored wealth solutions across investments, estate planning and allied advisory areas
• Build your client book with active support, including warm introductions and initial client meetings




• Progress into a full-time Wealth Manager role upon successful completion of the training program

What We're Looking For

• 3–7 years of professional experience
• Experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Financial Services, Investment Advisory, Asset Management, PMS, AIF or related areas
• Strong understanding of wealth management fundamentals, investment products and client servicing
• Exposure to HNI/UHNI or affluent clients will be highly relevant
• Strong analytical ability combined with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• High learning agility, ambition and a genuine interest in building a career in wealth management
• Robust academic pedigree / graduates from reputed institutions and leading colleges preferred
• Candidates should be based in, or willing to relocate to, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad or Kolkata
• Candidates available to join by end December 2026 / early January 2027
