Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Cybersecurity Trainer to design and deliver training on network security, ethical hacking, SIEM tools, and compliance frameworks, building both hands-on skill and solid security reasoning in learners.

Responsibilities

- Deliver training on penetration testing, network security, and SIEM tools (Splunk/ELK/QRadar)
- Design lab exercises using tools like Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nmap, Nessus
- Teach threat modeling, risk assessment, and incident response methodology
- Develop assessments and hands-on capture-the-flag style exercises
- Explain compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR) with real-world context
- Mentor learners preparing for industry certifications (CEH, CompTIA Security+, etc.)

Requirements

- 3+ years of cybersecurity experience; prior training/teaching experience preferred •
- Hands-on expertise with pentesting and SIEM tools
- Strong grasp of security frameworks and compliance standards
- Excellent presentation and mentoring skills
- Relevant certifications (CEH, CISSP, Security+) are a plus
