We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support recruitment assignments across multiple clients. You will get hands-on exposure to sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, and recruitment operations while working on real hiring requirements.

This role is suitable for someone who wants to build practical experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand job requirements and identify relevant candidate profiles
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, and other channels
- Conduct initial candidate screening through calls or messages
- Assess candidates based on skills, experience, communication, and role fit
- Shortlist and share relevant profiles with the recruitment team/client
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain candidate trackers and keep recruitment data updated




- Support multiple hiring assignments simultaneously
- Assist with candidate experience and employer branding activities when required

Required Skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Solid attention to detail and follow-up skills
- Interest in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
- Ability to understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates
- Comfortable communicating with candidates professionally
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Willingness to learn sourcing, screening, and recruitment tools
- Comfortable working remotely and managing assigned tasks independently

Good to Have

- Previous internship or experience in recruitment/HR
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, or other job portals
- Basic understanding of Boolean search
- Experience using Google Sheets, ATS, or candidate tracking tools
- Exposure to startup or fast-paced work environments
