URGENT HIRING – MEDICAL RECORD ASSISTANT / DOCUMENT WRITER

Qualification

Candidates with any of the following qualifications can apply:

- MSc – CBZ / PCM

- BHMS

- BAMS

- B.Sc Nursing

- Any other relevant medical-related higher qualification

Key Skill – MUST HAVE

✍️ Fast, clear and accurate English handwriting is mandatory.

The candidate should be able to quickly and accurately write down:

- Patient summaries

- Patient history/descriptions

- Doctor's prescriptions and instructions

- Other clinical information dictated by the doctor

Job Responsibilities

- Record patient information accurately as dictated by the doctor

- Prepare and maintain medical documentation

- Write patient summaries, clinical descriptions and prescriptions clearly

- Ensure accuracy of medical terminology and information

- Maintain confidentiality of patient records

- Coordinate with doctors and clinical staff for documentation requirements

- Complete documentation efficiently within the required time

Work Timings

Regular Timing:



9:30 AM – 7:00 PM

⏰ Morning Grace Period: Arrival between 9:45 AM – 10:00 AM can be accommodated

Working Schedule

- Monday to Friday: Full Day

- Saturday: Half Day

- Sunday: Weekly Off

Salary

Starting Salary: Above ₹20,000 per month

Salary is negotiable and may be discussed based on the candidate's:

- Writing speed

- Accuracy and efficiency

- Qualification

- Relevant experience
