1. Installation & Commissioning

- Install humidification systems at customer sites as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Carry out electrical wiring, sensor connections, piping, and integration with existing systems.
- Perform pre-commissioning checks and system testing.
- Commission equipment and ensure proper operation as per design parameters.
- Prepare commissioning reports and obtain customer sign-off.

2. Site Execution & Support

- Coordinate with customers, contractors, and project teams during installation activities.
- Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of work.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and site regulations.
- Provide technical guidance to technicians and contractors.

3. Troubleshooting & Maintenance

- Attend service calls and diagnose system issues.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
- Replace faulty components and verify system performance after repairs.

4. Customer Support

- Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.
- Conduct operator training on system usage and routine maintenance.
- Address customer concerns professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.




- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding service activities.

5. Documentation & Reporting

- Prepare installation, commissioning, and service reports.
- Maintain records of site visits, service history, and spare parts consumption.
- Submit daily and monthly activity reports.
- Update service records in ERP or CRM systems.

6. Spare Parts & Inventory Management

- Monitor spare parts requirements for service activities.
- Coordinate with stores and procurement teams for material availability.
- Ensure proper utilization and tracking of issued materials.

7. Internal Coordination

- Coordinate with Sales, Design, Projects, Purchase, and Accounts departments.
- Support sales team during site surveys and technical discussions.
- Assist in preparing technical documents and project handover reports.

Skills Required

- Knowledge of Electrical Panels, PLC, HMI, Sensors, and Instrumentation.
- Basic understanding of HVAC and Humidification Systems.
- Electrical troubleshooting and wiring knowledge.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and P&ID; diagrams.
- Valuable communication and customer handling skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
