Process Coordinator – Creative Team (Remote)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Process Coordinator to ensure smooth coordination between the Creative Team, HR, stakeholders, and the US-based Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with the Creative Team during 9:30 AM–6:30 PM IST.

- Collect and track daily work updates, task status, and pending deliverables.

- Coordinate with the US-based Manager for regular team updates.

- Schedule and manage twice-weekly manager meetings around 10:00 PM IST.

- Maintain the manager’s calendar and ensure meetings are scheduled as per availability.

- Send timely meeting reminders and follow up with all relevant stakeholders.

- Track action items discussed in meetings and ensure timely follow-ups.

- Coordinate between team members and management to avoid communication gaps.

- Maintain trackers, reports, deadlines, and workflow updates.





- Escalate delays, pending tasks, or process-related issues to the concerned person.

- Support HR/management in maintaining discipline and smooth team processes.

Requirements:

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Solid follow-up and time-management abilities.

- Comfortable working with US-based stakeholders and late-evening meetings.

- Proficiency in Google Calendar, Google Sheets/Excel, and communication tools.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate trackers.

- Prior experience in process coordination, project coordination, operations, or creative-team coordination is preferred.
