About the Role

Impacto Digifin Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Business Analyst Intern to join our team for a 6-month internship. The intern will work closely with business stakeholders, Project Managers, Developers, and QA teams to understand business requirements, document processes, and support project delivery.This internship provides an prospect to gain practical experience in Business Analysis, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, requirement gathering, documentation, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in gathering and analyzing business and functional requirements.
- Prepare and maintain BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams under guidance.
- Participate in stakeholder meetings and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into functional requirements.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
- Assist in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and project tracking activities.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and requirement validation.
- Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities.
- Maintain project documentation and status reports.
- Prepare basic presentations and reports for project discussions.
- Perform data analysis using Excel and other relevant tools.
- Assist the team in tracking requirements, issues, and project deliverables.

Required Skills

- Graduate or pursuing/completed a degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.




- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of SDLC and software development processes.
- Interest in Business Analysis and technology projects.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to learn tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Good attention to detail and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

- Basic knowledge of SQL and data analysis.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Exposure to APIs, software applications, or digital transformation projects.
- Knowledge of banking, financial services, or FinTech will be an advantage.
- Any academic/project experience involving requirement analysis or process mapping will be an added advantage.

Internship Details

- Duration: 6 Months
- Stipend: ₹20,000 per month
- Location: Brookefield, Bengaluru
- Work Mode: Work From Office
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday, with alternate Saturdays off
- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
- Internship-to-Hire: Based on performance, business requirements, and availability of suitable positions, successful interns may be considered for a full-time opportunity after completion of the internship.
