Job Title: Infrastructure Technical Lead

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Technical Lead to manage enterprise infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments. The role involves technical leadership, infrastructure operations, incident management, automation, security, backup/DR, and vendor management.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

- Manage Windows Server, Active Directory, IAM, GPO, DNS, DHCP, and File Services.
- Robust hands-on experience with VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, HA, DRS, and vMotion.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell automation scripts.
- Support Azure/hybrid cloud infrastructure and enterprise monitoring.
- Manage Backup & Disaster Recovery, including RPO/RTO and recovery drills.




- Lead P1/P2 incidents, troubleshooting, RCA, and problem management.
- Drive security hardening, vulnerability remediation, compliance, and audits.
- Coordinate with Network, Security, Database, Application, and Cloud teams.
- Manage vendors, MSPs, SLAs, escalations, and service delivery.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, governance, and support infrastructure modernization initiatives.
