Picker Packer – Job Description

Job Title: Picker / Packer

Job Summary

We are looking for hardworking and responsible Picker Packers to handle warehouse operations, including picking, scanning, packing, sorting, and dispatching products accurately and safely.

Key Responsibilities

1. Pick products from designated warehouse locations as per orders.
2. Scan products using a handheld scanner or warehouse application.
3. Check product quantity, SKU, and order details.
4. Pack products properly to prevent damage during transportation.
5. Label and segregate packed orders according to delivery routes.
6. Perform loading and unloading of goods when required.
7. Maintain proper arrangement and cleanliness of the warehouse.
8. Report damaged, missing, or incorrect products to the supervisor.
9. Follow warehouse safety and operational procedures.
10. Complete daily assigned targets within the required time.

Eligibility
1. Education:



10th Pass / 12th Pass preferred.
2. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
3. Basic smartphone/scanner knowledge.
4. Physically fit and comfortable with warehouse work.
5. Ability to stand and work for extended periods.
6. Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
