Job Summary

We are looking for responsible and hardworking Delivery Boys to deliver FirstCry orders safely and on time to customers. FirstCry operates warehouses and delivery services across India, with standard and QWIK delivery options in selected locations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver FirstCry products to customers as per assigned routes.
2. Collect shipments from the warehouse/hub and verify order details.
3. Handle parcels carefully and ensure safe delivery.
4. Contact customers and coordinate for smooth delivery.
5. Collect COD payments where applicable and submit them as per company process.
6. Update delivery status accurately through the delivery application.
7. Complete assigned deliveries within the given time.
8. Handle customer queries professionally during delivery.
9. Follow company safety, operational and traffic guidelines.
10. Maintain the company vehicle/bike and delivery equipment properly.

Eligibility
1. Education: 10th Pass or above.
2. Valid Two-Wheeler Driving Licence.
3.



Own/available two-wheeler preferred.
4. Smartphone with Android/iOS and basic app knowledge.
5. Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.
6. Good knowledge of local routes and areas.
7. Good communication and customer-handling skills.
