DevOps Engineer II with solid expertise in Azure Cloud, DevOps, Infrastructure Operations, and Production Support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, deploying, supporting, and optimizing cloud-native solutions while ensuring system reliability, security, and operational excellence. The role requires strong troubleshooting, automation, networking, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

Cloud & DevOps

- Design, deploy, configure, and support Azure-based solutions.

- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.

- Implement secure cloud architectures using VNets, NSGs, Firewalls, Private Endpoints, and Identity & Access controls.

- Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual operational activities.

Production Support & Operations

- Analyze and resolve production and non-production incidents within defined SLAs.

- Perform troubleshooting, debugging, monitoring, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).





- Monitor application and infrastructure health, availability, and performance.

- Collaborate with Development and QA teams to resolve application and platform issues.

- Participate in release deployments and operational support activities.

Networking & Security

- Configure and troubleshoot networking components including DNS, TCP/IP, Routing, Subnetting, VPNs, Firewalls, and Load Balancers.

- Support cloud networking, security configurations, and connectivity troubleshooting.

- Ensure compliance with enterprise security and operational standards.

Documentation & Collaboration

- Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, runbooks, and SOPs.

- Provide status updates and collaborate effectively with stakeholders, clients, and project teams.

- Follow established DevOps, operational, and documentation best practices.
