As a DevOps Engineer, your day involves designing and implementing new development tools and infrastructure to support software development processes. You will focus on creating and maintaining continuous integration and delivery pipelines, ensuring smooth and secure deployment workflows. Your role includes collaborating with various teams to enhance system reliability and security, while managing container orchestration and cloud environments. You will also monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure issues, striving to optimize performance and maintain a robust development ecosystem. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline development and deployment processes.- Continuously evaluate and improve existing infrastructure and tools to enhance efficiency.- Assist junior team members in understanding and adopting best practices.- Document processes and configurations to support knowledge sharing and operational continuity. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Harness Internal Developer Portal (IDP).- Valuable To Have Skills: Experience with DevOps.- Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous delivery concepts and tools.- Experience with container orchestration platforms and cloud infrastructure management.- Ability to design and implement secure and scalable deployment pipelines.- Familiarity with infrastructure as code and automation frameworks. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Harness Internal Developer Portal (IDP).- This position is based at our Gurugram office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
