Hands-on experience configuring Grafana dashboards, alerts, and monitors for infrastructure and application monitoring Familiarity with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP Knowledge of compute technologies: Docker, Kubernetes, VMs, serverless Experience integrating Grafana with other tools like ITSM, AIOps, or alerting systems Ability to analyze logs and metrics for troubleshooting and performance insights Experience creating custom metrics and visualizations for business observability Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills Good communication skills to collaborate with multiple teams Proactive in suggesting improvements to monitoring and dashboard strategy Good to have: Experience automating Grafana configs using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools
