Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or related field (MBA preferred).
10+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years managing Salesforce projects.
Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, etc.).
Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies; Scrum Master or PMP certification is a plus.
Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Project Manager/Consultant credentials preferred).
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
Robust problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:

Experience with tools such as JIRA, Asana, or MS Project for project tracking.
Familiarity with Salesforce integration tools ( Netsuite).
Exposure to release management and DevOps tools (Copado).
Ability to manage vendor relationships and contracts.
