Position: SOC Operator Experience: 1+ Years Work Mode: Work from Office Shift: 24/7/365 Rotational Shifts Key Responsibilities: Monitor security systems, alarms, CCTV/video analytics and operational dashboards in real time. Handle security incident intake through phone, email, alarms and system alerts. Triage, prioritize, document and escalate security incidents as per SOPs. Maintain accurate incident records and provide timely updates throughout the incident lifecycle. Coordinate emergency alerts, safety activations and appropriate response actions. Conduct structured shift handovers and maintain situational awareness. Operate multiple security monitoring, access control and incident management platforms simultaneously. Follow security policies, escalation protocols, confidentiality requirements and established procedures. Required Skills: 1+ years in SOC, security operations, monitoring, dispatch, emergency coordination or similar 24/7 operations. Experience with real-time security monitoring, alarm response and incident management. Knowledge of CCTV/video analytics, access control and security monitoring platforms. Strong incident documentation, communication and escalation skills. Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure. Solid attention to detail and adherence to SOPs. Willingness to work night shifts, weekends and rotational shifts.



Good English and local-language communication skills.
