Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Technical Trainer to drive capability development across our workforce. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-impact technical trainings aligned with our current bootcamp curriculum, evolving technologies, and business needs. The ideal candidate will bring solid hands-on expertise across the Microsoft ecosystem, infrastructure technologies, cloud, security, and modern workplace tools, along with the ability to integrate AI-driven learning and digital training methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

Training Design & Delivery

• Design and implement end-to-end technical training programs aligned with organizational requirements and current curriculum.

• Create structured training schedules, learning paths, and classroom/virtual agendas.

• Deliver engaging instructor-led sessions, bootcamps, and workshops for engineers.

• Customize training interventions based on skill gaps and learner needs.

Content Development

• Develop high-quality technical learning content (presentations, labs, SOPs, assessments, simulations).

• Build scenario-based troubleshooting labs aligned with real-world support use cases.

• Continuously update content to reflect latest technologies, tools, and best practices.

• Collaborate with SMEs/Stakeholders to ensure accuracy and relevance of training content.

Bootcamp & Capability Building

• Deliver and enhance training aligned with current curriculum covering:

• End User Computing & Desktop Support troubleshooting

• Windows Server administration and roles/services

• Active Directory & Hybrid Identity (Azure/Entra ID)

• Networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, IP concepts)

• Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint,



OneDrive, Intune)

• Security & Compliance (M365 Security, Endpoint, Threat Protection)

• Drive hands-on labs, assessments, and certification readiness programs.

AI & Emerging Technologies

• Stay updated with AI trends and tools applicable to IT support and training.

• Integrate AI-based learning approaches (e.g., copilots, automation, adaptive learning tools).

Learning Management System (LMS)

• Manage and utilize LMS for:

• Course creation and publishing

• Learner tracking and reporting

• Certification workflows

• Develop self-paced learning modules and digital courses for scalability.

Evaluation & Continuous Improvement

• Measure training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.

• Analyse results and continuously improve training delivery and content.

• Maintain training documentation, reports, and dashboards.

Continuous Learning

• Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge by:

• Attending workshops and certifications

• Reviewing industry publications

• Participating in internal knowledge-sharing

• Windows Server Administration (2016/2019/2022)

• Desktop troubleshooting (performance, applications, connectivity)

• Outlook & Office applications support

• VPN, printer, and shared drive troubleshooting

Networking

• TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Subnetting

• Network troubleshooting tools (PING, TRACERT, NSLOOKUP, etc.)

Cloud & Hybrid

• Azure fundamentals

Security

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital course creation

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in technical training, mentoring, or knowledge transfer roles

• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills

• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences

• Strong content creation and instructional design skills

• Expert proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in Microsoft (M365, Azure, Windows Server)

• Experience in handling bootcamps or structured training programs

• Exposure to automation, scripting, or AI tools is an advantage
