Description

The consultant will be responsible for requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, user training, post-go-live support, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires extensive hands-on experience in full lifecycle Oracle Fusion implementations and AMS/support environments.

Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Solution Design

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into Oracle Fusion solutions aligned with industry best practices.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis, recommend process improvements, and collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reports, and system enhancements.

Implementation & Configuration

- Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementations across Finance, SCM, and Projects, including configuration across CRP, SIT, UAT, and Production environments.
- Support data migration activities and ensure seamless integration between Oracle Fusion modules and third-party applications.

Testing & Deployment

- Facilitate CRP, SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities, including test planning, execution, and validation.
- Support cutover and go-live activities while ensuring deliverables comply with Oracle implementation standards and quality expectations.

Support & Continuous Improvement

- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 functional support, troubleshoot application issues, and manage Oracle Service Requests (SRs).
- Support financial close activities and drive continuous improvement through process optimization and system enhancements.

Training & Documentation





- Conduct user training sessions, workshops, and knowledge transfer activities to support successful system adoption.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including functional designs, setup documents, test scripts, user manuals, and support materials.

Qualifications

Technical Skills & Experience

Oracle Fusion Expertise

Strong hands-on experience in:

SCM: Procurement, Self-Service Procurement, Supplier Portal, Supplier Qualification, Sourcing, Advanced Pricing and Order Management

Finance: Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM)

Projects: Oracle Fusion Project Financial Management, Project Costing, Project Billing and Project Foundation

Implementation Experience

- Minimum 3 full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
- Proven experience in end-to-end project delivery from requirements gathering through post-go-live support.
- Strong experience in both implementation and application support environments.
- Experience supporting large enterprise or public-sector organizations is highly desirable.

Reporting & Data Tools

- OTBI, BI Publisher, FBDI, ADFDI, Smart View (preferred)

Service Management





- Experience with ITSM tools, preferably ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus.
- Ability to manage incidents, service requests, problems, and change requests following ITIL best practices.
- Experience working within AMS and support service delivery models.

Certifications

- Relevant certification in Oracle Fusion SCM, Procurement, Finance or Projects is highly desirable.

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in multi-country Oracle Fusion implementations.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes across Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Record-to-Report (R2R), Asset Management, Cash Management, and Project Management.
- Experience leading workshops with senior business stakeholders and executive management.
- Exposure to Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) is an advantage.
