3–5 years of QA/testing experience with cards/payment platforms. Experience in card issuing/processing, transaction lifecycle, authorization, settlement and reconciliation. Strong API/integration and SQL/DB testing knowledge.
Should be able to independently design test scenarios, execute testing, manage defects and perform regression testing.
Create Test Design and Execution Plan and schedule of testing
Assign tasks to the team members & manage workload efficiently
Tracking project milestones and deliverables
Keeping track of recent requirements from the project
Coordinate with users for inputs, review and approvals
Responsible for Metrics Measurement and Implementation
Report upon testing activities, including testing results, test case coverage, defects
Ensure adherence to test processes
Daily Defect Discussions
Managing and monitoring work of team
