- Perform ironing/pressing of garments as per approved specifications.
- Check garments for wrinkles, stains, loose threads, defects, and finishing issues.
- Set and operate the iron/pressing equipment safely.
- Ensure correct temperature and pressing method according to fabric type.
- Fold garments properly as per packing standards.
- Pack garments according to size, style, quantity, and customer requirements.
- Verify labels, tags, stickers, polybags, and packing materials.
- Maintain the required production quantity and quality standards.
- Separate defective garments and inform the Team Leader/Supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the ironing and packing area.
- Handle garments carefully to avoid damage during ironing and packing.
- Follow safety procedures and use required PPE.
- Coordinate with Quality, Production, and Packing teams when required.
- Maintain proper records or production details as instructed.
- Follow company rules, attendance, discipline, and 5S practices
