Job Description:

Position: Production Engineer

Location: Jhagadia near by Ankleshwar

Experience: 3 - 5 Years

Industries: Chemical

Responsibilities:

- To ensure all operations are carried out as per Process parameter / Production plan.
- To ensure strict compliance to the process control parameters.
- To stop and correct the processes / instruct the workers in case of non conforming material produced.
- Meet Production plan with team
- To listen and work as per the Production In-charge instructions.
- Material planning during the change over and smooth execution.
- To maintain all the Quality records, Production records as required and documented in quality management system.
- Ensure and give periodic feedbacks to his superiors for the work / production is going as per the process / work inspections.
- Co-ordination with Production Control Dept.
- Material accountability on shop floor.




- To conduct daily meetings on shop floor for process improvements.
- Ensuring the workers safety and usage of safety equipment.
- Responsible for maintenance of all equipment & Devices on shop floor and records for the same.

Required Skills

- Experience in manufacturing or process industries.
- Knowledge of TPM/Lean maintenance practices.
- Valuable communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech - Chemical/M.Sc Chemistry

Salary :- Upto 5.00 LPA
