Sales Development Representative - IT (Healthcare & Wellness Sector)

We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Sales Development Representative to drive business growth within the Healthcare & Wellness sector. This role focuses on generating new leads, conducting client meetings, presenting IT product/service solutions, negotiating deals, and achieving sales targets through direct engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate current business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Conduct meetings and present IT product/service solutions to healthcare and wellness businesses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clinics, hospitals, wellness centers, fitness brands, and other potential clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide regular activity reports.
- Gather market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback.




- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess:

- Experience in field sales, B2B sales, or business development.
- Proven track record of lead generation and achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field.
- Experience in the Healthcare, Wellness, Fitness, Medical, or related sectors is preferred.
- Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Comfortable with extensive local travel and client visits.
