Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate Management Faculty to train and mentor students in data science concepts, analytical techniques, and practical applications while developing their industry readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom and hands-on practical training in management-related subjects.

• Explain management and business concepts using practical examples and case studies.





• Design assignments, activities, assessments, and practical exercises.

• Monitor student attendance, assessment scores, assignments, and learning progress.

• Mentor students and provide continuous academic and professional guidance.

• Help students develop industry-relevant knowledge and professional skills.

• Support students in obtaining relevant certifications and internships.

• Keep students updated with current industry trends and business practices.

• Ensure students achieve defined learning targets and outcomes.

• Work effectively in a corporate-style training environment.

Preferred Candidates

• Prior teaching/training experience preferred.

• Solid knowledge of management and business concepts.

• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

• Strong classroom management abilities.

• Passion for teaching and mentoring.

• Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualification

• PG qualification in Management / MBA / Business Administration / relevant Management specialization

• UGC NET/SET in Management
