Job Title: Application Support Executive Job Description:
We are looking for an Application Support Executive to provide technical and functional support for business applications. The role involves analysing database-related problems, coordinating with development teams, and ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests. Key Responsibilities: • Provide application and technical support to users. • Troubleshoot and resolve application, database, and system-related issues. • Execute SQL queries for data analysis, validation, and issue investigation. • Monitor application performance and ensure service availability. • Perform incident analysis and identify root causes. • Coordinate with development, database, infrastructure, and business teams. • Support application deployments, patches, and production releases. • Maintain incident records, resolution details, and technical documentation. • Escalate critical issues and follow up until closure. • Adhere to defined SLAs, support procedures,



and security standards. • Provide 24x7 production support through rotational shifts, including weekends, holidays, and on-call support as required to ensure uninterrupted application availability and timely incident resolution. Required Skills: • Good knowledge of SQL (Oracle). • Basic programming knowledge in .NET or any. • Experience in application support or technical support. • Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills. • Basic understanding of databases, APIs, application logs, and server environments. • Good communication, documentation, and coordination skills. • Willingness to work in a support-oriented environment and handle production issues. Preferred Experience:
Previous experience in application support, production support, technical support, or software troubleshooting will be an advantage.
