We are seeking a Human Resource IT Recruiter to join our team. The role focuses on end‑to‑end IT talent acquisition and HR administration within our organization. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Key responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment.

- Source and screen candidates through various job portals and other channels.

- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

- Manage employee documentation and maintain HR records.

- Perform day‑to‑day HR administration and general administrative activities.

- Assist with onboarding, joining formalities, and employee coordination.

- Be ready to handle administrative work as and when required.

- Ensure a smooth recruitment process and provide a positive candidate experience.

Required qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in IT recruitment.

- MBA (HR) or Any Graduate.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Willingness to handle administrative responsibilities.

Nice to have

- Experience in resource hiring, LinkedIn sourcing, and posting jobs on various job portals.

- Knowledge of IT recruitment processes and best practices.
