Drive onboarding, induction, probation confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits.

Preferred candidate profile
8+ years of HR experience, preferably in stock broking, wealth management, banking, NBFC, financial services, or a multi-branch sales organization, with robust exposure to recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and business partnering.
