As part of the strategic HRP 2.0 programme, TMF Group is updating its HRP Practice to improve operational efficiency, implement global standards, and develop its technology infrastructure. To support these changes, the organisation is seeking a Global HRP Operations & Technology Analyst responsible for evaluating how local offices currently utilise the technology framework and how this usage may evolve following the HRP 2.0 transformation.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop country-specific solutions that address local compliance and operational requirements.
- Ensure adherence to global standards and facilitate system integration.
- Integrate local and global payroll systems within a unified architecture.
- Collaborate with regional stakeholders involved in HRP services to ensure accurate requirements gathering and solution design aligned with business needs.




- Conduct workshops with local offices to review current workflows and outline post-assessment processes.
- Maintain assessment documentation and coordinate updates.

Key Requirements

- Knowledge of HR & Payroll and proficiency in requirements analysis.
- Focus on process improvement.
- Experience with process documentation and workflow diagrams.
- Ability to work independently, build professional relationships, and communicate effectively across different levels and regions.
- Ability to engage with a broad range of stakeholders, including management and technical teams.

Key Qualifications/ Experience

- At least five years of relevant experience.
- Project management experience across multiple assignments.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
