Job Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and support the on-ground delivery of alumni events, reunions, chapter meets, and Homecoming activities, including logistics, vendor coordination, attendee management, and in office execution.

2. Coordinate with internal departments and stakeholders to secure inputs, approvals, and cooperation for events and engagement activities.

3. Develop and strengthen digital channels and social media as platforms for alumni engagement, storytelling, and community-building.

4. Support chapter activities and alumni communication as directed, in line with central guidelines. 5. Support the alumni merchandise program, including coordination of orders, inventory, and distribution at events.

6. Maintain event records, trackers, and follow-ups, and provide operational support to the engagement team.

Coordinate and guide the local student team as required to support event delivery.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree with 1 to 3 years of overall experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- High energy and enthusiasm, with comfort in hands-on, on-ground coordination and administrative work.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate across stakeholders.
- Interest in a stable, long-term role in alumni engagement.
- Familiarity with social media, digital content, and basic design tools is a plus.
- Prior experience in events, community building, or alumni relations is a plus.
