This is a hands-on role requiring someone who is comfortable in a project-based engineering environment — managing billing cycles, compliance, and reporting with accuracy and independence.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end accounting: AP, AR, general ledger, and bank reconciliationGST filings, TDS returns, advance tax,



and statutory complianceProject-wise billing, invoice generation, and receivables follow-upMonthly, quarterly, and annual MIS and financial statements for managementCash flow monitoring, budget tracking, and project cost accountingPayroll processing and timely salary disbursementsVendor management, purchase order processing, and payment cyclesAudit readiness — coordination with internal and statutory auditorsBanking operations, facility documentation, and liaisonRequirementsB.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or CA Inter / CMA Inter5–8 years of experience in accounts/finance; engineering or consultancy background preferredProficiency in Tally ERP or equivalent accounting softwareStrong MS Excel skills for MIS and reconciliationSound knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC complianceFamiliarity with project-based / WIP accounting is a plus
