## About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing HR Manager to help us recruit and coordinate freelance digital marketing workers. This is a simple coordination role with adaptable working hours and a light workload.

## Responsibilities

* Hire freelancers through job portals and social media.
* Screen applicants and communicate with shortlisted candidates.
* Coordinate with freelancers after they join.
* Maintain a simple Google Sheet with worker details.
* Follow up occasionally to ensure tasks are completed.
* Be the main point of contact between the company and freelancers.

## Requirements

* Good communication skills in English or Hindi.
* Basic knowledge of Google Sheets.
* Responsible and organized.
* Ability to work independently.
* Previous HR or recruitment experience is preferred but not mandatory.
