Job Overview:

An astute and matured Team Leader to lead our Sales Teams in Karnataka and Goa. The person must have wide-ranging experience of over 15 years in various building material companies in South India. The ideal candidate will be positively under 45 years of age and should have a strong understanding of the building material market, dealing with premium products and handling channel management strategies. He will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing / sales strategies and create a brand image of the product. He will also optimize our channel management process and create an engaging retail experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Day to day management of the team, monitoring their daily movements and performance. Always ready with a pipeline for the next 6 months, set ambitious targets for his team and help them achieve the targets.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for a higher market reach
- Oversee the channel management / expansion process in his states and ensure brand building




- Oversee the design and implementation and execution of branding strategies
- Build and exploit relationship with your existing customers and influencers, specially Architects & builders.

Required Skill Set:

- Strong creative and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in retail industry / building material.
- Proficiency in Advance Excel is preferred
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in Sales and Marketing in companies related with premium building material products with a proven track record
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field; Masters and Engineering degree preferred
