Business Development Executive

Required Experience: 0-1 Year (Fresher with excellent communication are welcome)

Number of Openings: 15

Shift: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm

Offer Salary: 20K-30K

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Location: Noida, sector -132

Mode: Work from office

Working Days: Mon-Fri (5 Days)

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify leads through online platforms and digital channels.
- Connect with prospective clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Convert leads into business opportunities by understanding client requirements and presenting suitable solutions.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and other business-related documents.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement.
- Support the business growth and market presence of TradeFlock Magazine.




- Meet assigned business development targets and contribute to overall team performance.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Target-driven with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and professionalism.
- Good interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced environment and during night shifts.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
