Responsibilities

Scrum Facilitation & Agile Coaching
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Sprint

Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement
- Coach team members and stakeholders on Scrum values, principles, and Agile mindset
- Guide the team in self-organization, cross-functionality, and accountability
- Educate the organization on Agile ways of working and drive Agile maturity
- 3–8 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software delivery environments
- Experience working with distributed, cross-functional, and multi-vendor teams

Team Enablement & Impediment Removal Identify, track, and remove impediments that hinder team progress
- Shield the team from external disruptions and unplanned interruptions
- Foster a psychologically secure environment that encourages open communication, feedback, and experimentation
- Support team well-being, engagement, and continuous learning Product Owner Collaboration
- Partner with Product Owners on backlog management, story refinement, and prioritization
