Education:

Job Purpose:

To ensure consistent product and process quality across PCB/PCBA manufacturing operations by monitoring manufacturing processes, identifying and eliminating defects, implementing corrective and preventive actions, and ensuring compliance with customer requirements, IPC standards, SOPs and internal quality systems.

The role will work closely with Production, Process Engineering, NPI, Maintenance, Stores and Purchase teams to improve process capability, reduce defects, improve First Pass Yield (FPY), and maintain stable manufacturing processes.

Candidate should have good knowledge of:
- SMT and PCBA process flow
- PCB/PCBA defects
- Soldering processes
- SPI / AOI basics
- Reflow process
- THT / manual soldering
- Root Cause Analysis
- 5 Why / Fishbone / Pareto
- 8D / CAPA
- PFMEA
- Control Plan
- SPC
- Process Auditing
- Quality documentation
- ESD requirements
- IPC standards

Experience with SMT lines, SPI/AOI, reflow, soldering defects, PFMEA, Control Plans, 8D and IPC standards will be strongly preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
