Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support for applications deployed on Linux, Microsoft Windows, and WebLogic platforms.
- Troubleshoot issues with Apache Tomcat servers and resolve problems in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify root causes of issues and implement fixes using JIRA tickets.
- Utilize Service Now ticketing system to track and manage customer requests.
Job Requirements :
- 3-5 years of experience in application support engineering or related field.
- Robust understanding of SQL database management systems (e.g., Oracle).
- Proficiency in troubleshooting complex technical issues using various tools such as JIRA, Service Now, etc.
