Create 2D drawings and 3D models using Creo, SolidWorks, CATIA, NX, or AutoCAD.
Develop mechanical components, assemblies, layouts, and detailed manufacturing drawings.
Perform GD&T;, tolerance stack-up, DFM/DFA, and material selection.
Review designs for functionality, manufacturability, reliability, and cost.
Work with manufacturing, quality, sourcing, and engineering teams.
Conduct design calculations, simulations, and engineering analysis where required.
Prepare BOMs, engineering specifications, and technical documentation.
Support prototype development, testing, validation, and design changes.
Handle ECR/ECO/ECN and engineering change processes.
Troubleshoot design and manufacturing issues.
