About the Role
We are looking for a creative and user-centric UI/UX Designer with 2+ years of experience to join our product and design team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user experience principles, interaction design, visual design, and up-to-date design systems. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create intuitive, engaging, and aesthetically appealing digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability studies to identify user needs and pain points.
- Create user personas, empathy maps, customer journey maps, and user flows.
- Design wireframes, low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Create visually appealing UI designs aligned with brand guidelines.
- Develop responsive designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems and UI component libraries.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback.
- Ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, accessibility standards, and design best practices.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver user-focused solutions within project timelines.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative design ideas.
- Optimize user experience by analyzing user behavior and product analytics.
Required Skills Qualifications Education
- Bachelor s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience
- 2+ years of professional experience in UI/UX Design.
- Experience designing responsive web and mobile applications.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Figma (Mandatory)
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Adobe XD (Good to have)
