About the role

Treebo Hospitality Ventures is seeking a high-caliber Chartered Accountant to lead the end-to-end finance function for our hotel operations. You will head accounting, financial reporting, cash flow management, budgeting, and process optimization.



This role acts as a

strategic business partner to drive cost efficiencies, implement bulletproof SOPs, protect margins, and scale a high-performing finance team.

Key Responsibilities
- Operational Finance & Controls: Oversee end-to-end hotel accounting, internal audits,

and financial reporting. Establish and implement robust internal controls and operational

SOPs across all properties.
- Profitability & Cost Optimization: Conduct deep-dive profitability analysis. Partner with

cross-functional stakeholders to identify leakages, optimize operational costs, and drive

unit economics.
- Cash Flow & Capital Management: Manage working capital, monitor cash runways, and

oversee financial risk mitigation strategies.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead annual budgeting exercises and rolling forecasts to

accurately project operational performance.
