Quality Analyst E-Commerce Seller Support

Shift: Rotational US Shift
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality audits and ensure adherence to defined quality standards and SLAs.
- Provide feedback, call listening sessions, and drive quality improvement initiatives.
- Identify performance gaps and work with Operations & Training teams on improvement plans.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports and performance analysis.
- Handle quality escalations, RCA, and corrective action plans.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in an International E-Commerce/BPO workplace.
- E-Commerce Seller Support experience preferred.
- Graduate from a recognized university.
