Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product design from user flows to prototypes.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to improve experiences.
- Solve complex UX challenges with user-focused solutions.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to ship designs.
- Maintain scalable design systems and visual consistency.
- Create marketing assets, banners, emailers, and social creatives.
- Stay updated on design trends, competitors, and emerging tools.

Preferred candidate profile
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design and problem-solving.
- Good knowledge of interaction design, information architecture, and usability.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with motion design, animation, and video editing.
- Understanding of mobile and responsive web design guidelines.
- Robust communication and presentation skills.
