We are looking for a 3D generalist with a strong product-oriented workflow and the ability to take a concept from idea to finished shot.

Proficiency across the 3D product pipeline: asset and camera animation, lighting, shading, and rendering in Blender or Cinema 4D or Unreal Engine.

Ability to composite renders in After Effects using render passes (AOVs) for full control over the final look.

Solid grounding in fundamentals: color theory, layout and composition, and the principles of 3D animation applied to motion graphics.

Working experience with current generative AI tools such as Google Nano Banana, ChatGPT, Seedance, and similar platforms.

Working knowledge of After Effects plugins, including Element 3D, Optical Flares, and the Red Giant suite.





Ability to interpret scripts and storyboards, understand the concept behind them, and translate ideas into motion.

Willingness to adapt, pick up recent tools quickly, and keep learning as the pipeline evolves.

Preferred

Experience with Cinema 4D MoGraph, particularly cloner-based animation and effectors.

Familiarity with Unreal Engine for real-time lighting and rendering.

Shortlisted candidates should share a reel or portfolio of finished product-focused work.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
