Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily purchase requirements for raw materials, components and consumables.
- Collect quotations, compare prices and negotiate with vendors.
- Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) and maintain purchase records.
- Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
- Coordinate with Store, Production, Design and Accounts departments.
- Check material availability, pending orders and delivery status.
- Develop and maintain vendor/supplier relationships.
- Handle vendor issues related to price, quality and delivery.
Required Skills:
- Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Email and SAP preferred.
- Experience in engineering/machine manufacturing purchase will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
